A Wrinkle in Time

I know, I know, you're probably wondering why this is the first time I have ever read this book. The truth is, I never got around to reading it, and this week I decided to try. I finished it just today. Nothing came as a surprise to me because, as the idiot I am, I watched the movie before reading the book. You probably know how frustrating that is, when you know everything that is going to happen. Anyway, I don't really get the big deal about it. Everyone thinks its a very good book, but personally, I think it's outlandish and childish. Don't get me wrong, it's a good book, but it's really not for me. It also has a very unsatisfying ending (to me). One of my friends said that though this book was pretty good, the rest weren't.

For those of you who have never read this book, A Wrinkle in Time is about how a girl named Meg, her friend Calvin, and her little brother Charles Wallace go to a distant galaxy to battle IT, a strange thing that is trying to take over the universe. They are aided by Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which.
